DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our delivery options may vary. Please view what's currently available at checkout.

Delivery takes approximately 1 week for US purchases, and 1 week to 3 weeks for international purchases.


TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For international delivery, your order may be subjected to import taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. CHLOE TAKAHASHI LLC has no control over how these local fees are calculated or assigned. CHLOE TAKAHASHI LLC is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.


OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@chloetakahashi.net within 7 days of receiving your order, along with the original purchase confirmation email, photos of the products, and a description of the issue. Upon receiving your email, we will confirm your eligibility for a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept refund requests for reasons not attributable to the seller, including, but not limited to, products not meeting your expectations or incorrect sizing.

If you don't hear from us within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk mail folder and contact us again.

To be eligible for a refund, items must not fall into the following categories:

  • Refund requests initiated more than 7 days after receipt
  • Preloved or vintage items
  • Items delivered to a recipient other than the original orderer
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items with removed or lost tags
  • Items that have been used
  • Made-to-order, custom-made, or limited-edition items (including special limited items with a short sales period)
  • Items damaged or soiled due to customer mishandling (including packaging and accessories)
  • Sale items
  • Returns due to customer convenience
  • Other items clearly showing signs of use

Please be aware that listed sizes are approximate measurements, and slight discrepancies may occur. Additionally, the actual product colors and textures may appear different depending on your monitor or display environment.
